Origin and development of Hofmann industrial assemblies
The Company IMH
was founded on November 2, 1992 in Bad Langensalza and moved its location from Bad Langensalza to Burgtonna in 1998. IMH
The company acquired a commercial property of approximately 8000m² with an assembly hall located on it. Due to the steadily increasing volume of orders, a new and larger assembly hall was built in 2002, creating additional jobs.
The new hall and increased prefabrication of piping and plant components meant that more and more customers required pump frames and piping, so that from IMH
In 2005, another hall was built. In 2011, a dedicated warehouse for a wide variety of piping and support materials was added, supplied by IMH
They are processed, built, and storage is introduced.
In December 2013, the neighboring property, including the hall located on it, was acquired and expanded and renovated by 2016.
In 2025, new paved areas were created to ensure a smooth delivery and collection process and also to create assembly space for container systems.
IMH From 1998 to 2016, the production area in Burgtonna was expanded to approximately 10,000 m² with 5 assembly and storage halls located on it.
